On is a fast-growing sportswear brand, and with this growth comes the exciting opportunity to become part of our Happiness Delivery team.

As a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Digital Promotions Specialist with a focus on the Happiness Delivery Help Desk, you will work behind the scenes of our customer relationship management and employee ticketing systems to facilitate processes that keep business running smoothly.

This includes creating and monitoring voucher codes, resolving inquiries from the customer service team, assisting with projects related to creating, distributing, and managing On-branded digital gift cards, and addressing other requests that come through the ticketing system.

Your Mission - Utilize our internal Happiness Delivery Help Desk to address issues raised by On team members.

This includes tasks like:

  • Creating webshop promotion codes.
  • Monitoring and analyzing code usage.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving errors.
  • Generating digital gift cards.
  • Recommend and participate in projects that streamline and enhance the efficiency of the digital promotions team.
  • Work closely with partners in Operations, Center of Excellence, Finance, GiveX, and the customerfacing Happiness Delivery teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences ("WOW" moments).
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the backend systems that power our customer experience, including Dynamics 365, Salesforce Lightning, Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Adyen, and Google Workspace. Your Story 23 years of experience in Ecommerce support or operations

  • Ability to communicate effectively up, down, and across the organization Meet The Team You will work with a core team at our North American HQ in Portland, Oregon, and interact daily with our global Happiness Delivery teams. During your work day, you will work with our CRM, order management systems, and backend payment processing systems to assist with issues that arise from our customerfacing Happiness Delivery team members. What We Offer This role is fulltime including weekends (subject to change to meet team needs). Work hours average 8 hours per day, 5 days a week between 6 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Sunday, and may include at least one weekend work day. This hybrid position requires 23 days per week in the office and 23 days at home. On is a place that is centered around growth and progress.
