Monday to Thursday, 37.75 hours per week, 7am - 4:30pm, until 4:15pm on Thursdays

No Fridays


Our client, a specialist engineering business based in the Bury area are looking for a Time Served CNC Turner to join their close knit team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Manual Turner to join a well run and an established company who are in a periodof growth

CNC Turner role:

Your duties as a CNC Turner will include but are not limited to;

  • Meet production deadlines ensuring that the appropriate checks have been carried out and work to ISO9001 standard
  • Manage time and machines efficiently
  • Work to machining tolerances ensuring that the completed component is checked against the required specifications.

Essential Skills and Competencies:

CNC Turner Experience within the industry is a must.

  • Time served machinist and having at least 3 years' experience in a busy subcontract environment.
  • Fork Truck licence desired.
  • A good understanding of best manufacturing processes is essential.
  • Work under their own initiative, forward thinking and proactive, tidy.
  • Work well individually and with our team.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Selfmotivated.

Hours:
Mon to Thurs, 37.75 hours per week, 7am - 4:30pm, until 4:15pm on Thursdays
