Daily Duties:

  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring excellent customer service and addressing inquiries effectively.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and spreadsheets.

Requirements:
