Reporting to the Site Manager you will be responsible for maintaining legionella water treatment testing and updating logs, maintaining emergency light testing and updating logs, fire extinguisher maintenance and signage, clearing spills and leaks, undertaking general repair works to classrooms, corridors, communal areas, and toilet areas, undertaking minor redecoration and improvement works around the school site, general tidying up of the site, porterage duties and undertaking other general miscellaneous duties.

About you

Prior caretaking/site experience within a school environment and Health & Safety trained, would be desirable. Prior experience of working in a team, undertaking minor re-decoration works and using hand power tools is essential. Proficient in using word and excel would be desirable. You must be able to follow instructions, work collaboratively and independently, be a team-player and have good communication and interpersonal skills.
