The position:


Working within an Advisor and Senior Paraplanner, the successful candidate will be providing the team with day to day client and administrative support.

Duties will include;
Paraplanning duties include;
Liaising directly with a dedicated Adviser
Daily update meetings for all cases
Liaising with clients as and when required by phone, email and post
Compiling research for new business cases
Drafting suitability reports, generating cover letters, one pagers and other client facing documents when requested.
Printing and prepopulating any supporting documents required for review meeting
Administration duties including;
Chasing policy information with providers
Ongoing management of the tracker
Sending out monthly valuations to clients
Ensuring compliance documents are in date
Processing information requests to providers (sending requests via email and post)

Required skills:
Honest, reliable, trustworthy and must act with discretion and integrity at all times
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with people from clients to other staff members in a respectful manner
Ability to prioritise work and manage own workload efficiently
Attention to detail
