Paraplanner Manager Opportunity

Are you a seasoned paraplanner looking to take on a leadership role? We're seeking an experienced Paraplanner Manager to join our team at Ortus PSR, a highly regarded independent IFA. As a Paraplanner Manager, you'll lead a talented team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional, independent financial advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the paraplanning team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality reports and client recommendations.
  • Collaborate with financial advisers to provide bespoke financial planning, focusing on pensions, investments, and tax planning.
  • Implement processes that ensure regulatory compliance while streamlining workflow for maximum team efficiency.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, helping them achieve their career goals and further professional qualifications.
Requirements:
  • Diploma-qualified (or close to Chartered status), with experience managing or mentoring a paraplanning team.
  • Strong technical expertise in pensions, investments, and tax planning, alongside solid communication and leadership skills.
  • A client-first mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving within wealth management.
