Title: Quantity Surveyor - M&E (Intermediate to Senior Levels)

Contract: Permanent

Location: Kent and East Sussex

Salary: Up to £90k + Salary & Package (Dependant on experience)

The client:

My client, a highly esteemed national contractor, is seeking Quantity Surveyors to offer additional support on a project in the East Sussex and Kent regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing bills of quantities & schedules of works for pricing
  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities
  • Liaise with clients, contractors and subcontractors to ensure budget compliance
  • Achieving successful financial outcomes for mechanical and electrical projects
  • Ensure timely receipt of payments through monthly valuations
  • Deliver monthly valuations promptly after work-in-progress reviews

Expectations:

  • Prior experience in the M&E Sector on various projects, particularly those exceeding £20M
  • Proficient in IT, especially MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
  • Hold a degree or possess relevant industry expertise
