We are a family-owned pub group operating 23 public houses and currently seeking a General Manager for our Irish Pub Hennessys in Ruislip, West London.
We are in search of an experienced pub manager to join our team and oversee this popular wet-led site known for live sports and music events.
- The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the venue.
- Responsibilities include meeting weekly targets, overseeing front and back of house operations, recruiting, and staff management.
- Essential requirements include excellent customer service skills and previous experience in pub management. Holding a personal license is preferred but not mandatory.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a pub management role.
- Customer-centric with a passion for guest interaction and community engagement.

- Proficiency in stock management, beer quality, and back-of-house systems.
