Tonbridge, Kent, United Kingdom Kent County Council Full time

At Kent County Council, Occupational Therapy is viewed as a critical service in enabling people to live their lives in the way that most matters to them. This is an exciting time to be joining us, as our service is moving to co-locate with our in-house enablement services and short-term pathways teams. This will give us the opportunity to work in a more co-ordinated, preventative and creative way to maximise independence.

We currently have opportunities for both newly qualified and experienced OT's within our community teams across Kent. We offer an excellent induction and ongoing training package, to facilitate you to develop your expertise within moving and handling, enablement techniques, specialist equipment and major adaptations, thus ensuring that the people we support receive high quality, personalised interventions that genuinely improve lives. You will receive regular individual supervision from a registered Occupational Therapy Lead and a tailored personal development plan to enable you to develop your career pathway within Kent and be the best that you can be.
