We are a family run business, offering consumers high quality handmade, unique products from a wealth of materials and wallpapers.

We are expanding and looking for someone to head up our team in Newcastle with expertise and flair.

Must be able to work during school holidays, part or full time role available, with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

  • Lampshade Manufacturing in our design studio
  • Assist with client correspondence
  • Coordinate shipping and delivery
  • Handle customer enquiries and issues
  • Order goods and fabrics
  • Use our online system to update our clients and other stores re handmade/bespoke order updates
  • Assist with picking & packing in the warehouse ad hoc
