Job Title: Program Manager
The Program Manager plays a crucial role in the journey to Banbury 2.0, overseeing various workstreams such as HR, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance. Collaborating closely with global stakeholders, the Program Manager ensures the successful delivery of all transition activities while maintaining a focus on daily factory operations.
- Operating with a safety-first mindset at all times
- Leading the Banbury transition project across multiple functions including HR, Finance, and Production
- Directly managing site separation, land sales, and potential building demolitions
Responsibilities / Key Activities
Drive & Deliver the Banbury 2.0 Plan as Program Manager
- Developing workstream programs with functional leads
- Leading program meetings with a strong emphasis on governance
- Reporting program status to key stakeholders
- Monitoring budget performance and facilitating improvement plans
- Ensuring compliance with legal and corporate standards
Qualifications
Education
Certified Program/Project Manager
Experience
Must Have:
Experience in delivering complex transformational programs in the FMCG industry
Strong project and stakeholder management skills with excellent communication abilities
Knowledge in engineering, land development, and local authorities is advantageous
Experience in financial budget management and continuous improvement methodologies
