The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of our Environmental Consultancy projects to meet our Client's needs within the established scope, cost, and timeframe.

Our diverse portfolio encompasses projects of different sizes and complexities across various sectors such as Infrastructure, Natural Capital, Water, Energy, and Commercial sectors, spanning locally and globally. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a team with ambitious goals for growth, striving to exceed expectations for our current clients. About the Role

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and control projects within defined scope
  • Manage technical teams' time, cost, quality, resources, communication, risks, procurement, and stakeholder relations
  • Depending on experience, oversee consultancy projects of various sizes and complexities
  • Effectively handle project changes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate and oversee multi-disciplinary projects spanning different sectors
  • Drive innovation and efficiencies in project delivery
  • Prioritize Health & Safety in all project aspects
  • Understand client needs and deliver accordingly
  • Collaborate with proposal teams to ensure smooth project transition from tender to delivery
  • Evaluate technical and commercial risks during project acquisition stages
  • Create and review project proposals and costings

  • Degree in an Environment-related field
  • Passion for delivering sustainability in projects and to clients
  • Aspiration for a project management role focusing on environmental projects
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communicator with staff, clients, and partners
  • Understanding of commercial consultancy models for project delivery and tender development
  • Team-oriented individual adept at team building
