About the role


The Conference & Banqueting Team Member will deliver a high standard of service across our function and banqueting service and within our Hotel Restaurant and Bar.

The role will involve setting up rooms for functions, serving behind the bar, serving food and all to a high standard ensuring that the customers' needs are met and
exceeded.

The Last Drop Village Hotel & Spa is a great quality, forward thinking Hotel & Spa that has been in Bolton since 1964.

We have 131 bedrooms, 4 function suites which cater for up to 450 people and 7 multi-functional conference rooms. We have a courtyard Restaurant and bar, a tea shop and a pub on site as well as a spa and gym
