Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and outgoing Sales Executive to join an international Media Company.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this will be a fast-paced and varied role using your proven sales skills and effective negotiation ability in orderto recommend the best advertising solutions for existing and new customers.

Now is a great time to join this successful business during an exciting period of growth. Along with this rewarding role is the opportunity for occasional international trips on behalfof the Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Mix of account management and new business
  • Identifying and closing opportunities, both over the phone and facetoface
  • Promoting and securing online and print advertising business
  • Assessing competitor advertising
  • Working closely with Editorial and Marketing teams on revenue generating campaigns/projects
  • Working towards targets and reporting weekly on prospects and revenue
  • Attending regular exhibitions and events
  • Providing a high standard of customer care and associated administration

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally (but not essentially) within media environment
  • Proven sales ability, together with strong negotiation skills
  • Target driven and motivated to succeed
  • Confident and outgoing personality with a solutionsfocused approach
  • Free to travel internationally, as required by the business
