Senior Cdd Executive

The Senior CDD Executive is responsible for working alongside their Team Leader ensuring that the KPIs, objectives and targets of the business are met (and, where possible, exceeded), through the effective leadership and ongoing development of the CDD team.
CDD Senior Executives should possess great communication skills, both written and spoken and should be a motivated self-starter with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced business environment.
The role is pivotal to creating high performing teams so that we can deliver excellent service to our players and minimise risk to the business.
The Senior CDD Executive reports directly to the CDD Team Leader, with focus on supporting a Team of CDD Executives and shifts will range between the hours of 6:30am - 12am Monday-Sunday.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting with the training and development of Executives.
- Compliance based decision making following the completion of CDD alerts and documentation processing.
- Educating the staff in Responsible Gambling and AML procedures and processes.
- Be expected to complete core CDD related tasks on a regular basis and where business needs require.
- Building training processes and trackers, monitoring progress.
- In the absence of the Duty Team Leader, you will be expected to manage the daytoday running of the CDD team.
- Interdepartmental relationship building and communication.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Ability to convey feedback in a constructive manner highlighting areas of competency and development.
- Experience in all processes, reviews, and interactions.
- Superb analytical decision making.
- High levels of productivity and quality in completion of all tasks.
- Signed off on all crossskill areas.
- Excellent planning and prioritization.
