Are you an experienced Print Room Assistant?

Then we are looking for you to join our Bureau Print Room team.

As a Print Room Assistant, youll be integral to the ID Card print operation that our customers depend on.

Customer Service excellence will be at the heart of everything you do, delivering on our customers need for a fast and accurate turnaround of their orders.

Youll be a lynch pin in our operations team and a huge factor in our ongoing success. Youll want to join an ambitious company and need to be ambitious yourself. Massive growth is on the agenda, and youll need to be along for the ride

Youll ideally possess a mixture of technical and design skills learning new technology doesnt phase you and youve got a keen eye for detail you can spot a digit out of place at 100 paces

Day to day you will be:

  • Creating ID card designs
  • Liaising with customers on designs and artwork approval
  • Printing and encoding ID cards
  • Managing data
  • Maintaining the desktop printing machines.
  • Ensuring youre working to all processes within the bureau but also suggesting process improvements to streamline production, reduce errors and improve efficiency. Your ideas matter to us

About you:

  • Highly organised, able to manage workload and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Calm under pressure.
  • Experience of using Photoshop or similar graphics package (advantage but not essential)
  • Keen to learn about new technologies and solutions.
  • Customer service, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Experience of the ID and access control industry is a huge advantage (but not essential).
