WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR


We're looking for a full-time Communications Intern (6 month contract), with a strong interest in the beauty industry, to join our UK & Ireland Communications team to support with managing our UK & IE Communications processes.

This is a hybrid role based out of our
London office.

WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Assist with the PR strategy execution of DECIEM skin care brands (The Ordinary and NIOD)
  • Assist in the execution of The Ordinary and NIOD brand mailers and sample send outs
  • Build and update media lists and databases
  • Schedule, coordinate and attend brand/industry events
  • Conduct market research and analysis
  • Present strategic input and feedback on marketing initiatives
  • Suggest innovative ideas for engaging brand experiences
  • Assist in community research
  • Assist in the execution of the company's affiliate strategy

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  • Solid understanding of the different social networks (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitch)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have strong writing skills
  • Efficiency at MS Office + Google Workspace
  • Relevant education OR equivalent work experience in PR, Communications, Marketing, Social Media
