Come and join us at Yunex Traffic.- Based out of our Leicester office, we're looking for a Team Administrator.

You'll be joining a friendly and supportive field-based team and responsible for all office administration, a key contact for internal and external contacts, team support and supporting key customer deliverable to ensure we meet and exceed contract service levels.- If you enjoy being part of a great team, are organised and enjoy completing work to a high standard, we want to hear from you.- Experience is something but equally important is your character and approach to work.

What will you do?

  • Answer telephone calls, take messages, respond to questions and direct callers to appropriate parties
  • Liaise with Internal and External customers and resolve queries and requests
  • Prepare presentations, reports and other documents including Performance packs
  • Organise meetings, catering and room bookings when required
  • Maintain databases, spreadsheets, reports and commissioning paperwork and documents
  • To raise and monitor Permits to work and support effective timesheet submittal & expense claims
  • Maintaining Forecast and Resource planners and ensure working Time directive reports are issued
  • Support the improvement and efficiency of administration processes

Who are you?

  • You're very organized and able to prioritise workload to achieve objectives with mínimal supervision
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other databases or software
  • You're a great problem solver and thrive on being able to fix things
  • You enjoy multitasking, learning new activities and pick up new jobs confidently and easily
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can manage requests and queries
  • You're discreet and can operate in a confidential environment when needed
  • NVQ in administration or equivalent experience is not essential but desirable
