We're looking for a Proposals Co-Ordinator to join our growing team, based out of Newcastle. How You'll Make an Impact
- Support the Proposals Team in the management of bid / enquiry inboxes and customer portals i.e. monitoring of portals for updates and downloading any new updates prior to circulation to the respective Bid Manager.
- Booking meetings and setting up tender folders, as required.
- Provide support to the Sales Team in the compilation of Prequalification Questionnaires.
- Support Bid Manager in the development of template(s) to be used for tender deliverables.
- Support Bid Manager / Capture Team in the coordination and completion of tender deliverables.
- Review completed tender deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with templates used.
- Responsible for the uploading of completed tender deliverables onto the customer portal in a timely manner to ensure that client deadlines are met.
- Develop and share best practices with team members to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Contribute to assigned process improvement initiatives and support implementation.
- Develop and maintain a library of bid related documents to ensure that all responses are consistent, aligned to company strategies and confirm to brand guidelines.
- Administration of company documentation and internal filing.
- Support the Proposals Team in the creation and editing of internal and external presentations i.e. LoA slides, customer presentations etc.
- Coordinate and collate report packs for the Management Team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate and manage multiple work fronts.
- Experience of coordinating proposal responses, developing, updating, and maintaining document library and managing document control.
- An understanding of the bid management processes and ability to with discipline and methodical approach.
- Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
- Proficient with required software i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, Jaggaer, Ariba, Egnyte and DataRoom. Who are Siemens Energy?
