As a Barista at Charlotte Street Hotel, you will be at the heart of our Food & Beverage operation, creating exquisite coffee and hot beverages for our discerning guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Crafting a variety of coffees and hot beverages with precision and consistency.
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
  • Managing multiple orders efficiently, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
  • Providing warm and attentive customer service, exceeding guest expectations with every interaction.
  • Demonstrating a keen eye for detail, ensuring each beverage is prepared to perfection.
  • Sharing your passion for coffee and hospitality with guests and colleagues alike

What you Need:

  • A keen willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting your colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • The ability to handle multiple orders efficiently, maintaining composure during busy periods.
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service, going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction.
