Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing quality oral healthcare to our patients. If you are passionate about oral health and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing
  • Take and develop dental xrays
  • Conduct oral cancer screenings
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
  • Administer fluoride treatments
  • Assist the dentist during procedures as needed
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Follow infection control protocols

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health
  • Proficiency in using computeraided design (CAD) software for creating dental prosthetics
  • Familiarity with medical imaging techniques for diagnosing dental conditions

Requirements:

  • Valid Dental Hygienist license in Scotland
  • Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Ability to educate patients on oral health practices
