We have a 16 Hour Weekend position and a 24 Hour Flexible position available.


We are looking for enthusiastic people who love to engage with clients and have experience delivering a professional, high-end customer experience.

As opposed to using sales tactics, we value great personalities and individuals looking to develop and succeed within one of the most desirable brands in the UK.

  • Open to learning new things and being intrigued to learn more
  • Experience in providing excellent customer service in a luxury / premium environment (including Hospitality)
  • Confident in creating great conversations and relationships tailored to the clients' need
  • Ability to thrive in a teambased environment and achieve common goals
  • Capable of working autonomously as well as in a team
  • Able to communicate, read, and write effectively in the English language on all levels
  • Must have held a valid drivers license for a minimum of 1 year

Responsibilities and Duties:

This is a store based role where you will introduce the client to Rockar and our values

Core duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients to welcome them into the store
  • Helping clients within the store throughout all stages of their customer journey and understanding their needs
  • Working as a team to achieve store KPIs for data capture, orders & client feedback
  • Creating and developing sales opportunities and new orders
  • Offering and excellent customer experience throughout the process
  • Proactively address all customer queries
  • Utilise existing customer relationship management tools to track and manage customers in the pipeline
  • Follow client facing Rockar standards (e.g. uniform/dress code, look presentable and maintain the store)
  • Maintaining store standards so always ready for clients

Working Hours
In this role you will be expected to work a mixture of weekdays, evenings and weekends. Work over holiday periods such as Easter, Christmas & other Bank Holidays would also be required.
