Job Description:

At RM Resources, we are a leading company operating in over 115 countries, specializing in providing educational resources to international markets. Within TTS - one of our divisions, we develop and source a wide range of items to support educational achievements and create inspiring learning environments globally.

We have been serving schools and distributors worldwide for over four decades, offering a vast array of resources, including 6,000 developed in-house intellectual properties out of a total of 50,000 resources.

In our International distributor division, we have ambitious plans to double our revenue over the next five years through a combination of B2B and B2G models to support our global distributors.

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Key Account Manager for European territories. In this role, you will play a crucial part in taking the TTS Brand to market through our evolving distribution network.

Responsibilities:
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Strategic account management & Business Development:
      • Develop and implement a global sales channel strategy for sustainable growth in existing territories and establishing partnerships with new strategic partners.
      • Identify key prospects and partnerships, reporting on activities regularly to meet sales targets.
      • Cultivate partnerships with Universities to enhance brand awareness and sales.
      • Promote best-selling products and explore opportunities for product range expansion.
      • Create long-term strategic plans and submit forecasts to drive revenue targets.
      • Collaborate with Sales Support and Customer Service teams to ensure order performance aligns with company KPIs.
      • Stay updated on market developments and funding opportunities in the educational sector.
      • Collaborate with partners to secure funding and tender opportunities.
      • Build relationships with educational stakeholders for future growth opportunities.
      • Manage and maintain pipeline.
    • Marketing:
      • Develop and manage customer marketing timelines to enhance sales.
      • Network with educational professionals to expand the TTS brand.
      • Support team marketing initiatives and share ideas in meetings.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide necessary information.
      • Utilize educational insights to shape TTS products.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience.
    • Experience in international B2B & B2G environments.
    • Understanding of international trade and growth strategies.
    • Proficiency in solution-based selling.
    • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Outstanding organizational and workload management abilities.
    • Comfortable working in a high-pressure sales environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Familiarity with the international education market (preferred).
    • Multilingual abilities are a plus (French/Italian/German/Spanish).
    • Degree level qualification.
    • UK driver's license and valid passport.
