Are you a dedicated and experienced leader with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and young people? We're seeking a talented Registered Manager to oversee our 4-bed mixed home in the beautiful area of West Bedford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership and management to ensure the smooth running of the children's home.
- Create a nurturing and supportive environment for children and young people in care.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of each resident.
- Lead and motivate a team of dedicated care staff to deliver high-quality support.
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
- Build positive relationships with external stakeholders including local authorities and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a children's residential setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower your team.
- A commitment to providing the highest standards of care and support to vulnerable children and young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications in social care or a related field (e.g., Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care).
