Andrew Thomas Accountancy are leading accounts in Scunthorpe, offering personalised, expert financial services for businesses and individuals for over 15 years.


A small closely-knit team, Andrew Thomas Accountancy are looking for an AAT Qualified or ACCA/ACA Part-Qualified Accountant who will manage and develop their own portfolio of clients.

The successful applicant will be outgoing and have excellent communication skills, be flexible and constructive whilst producing work to the highest standards of quality.

Ideally the successful applicant will have experience working in an Accountancy Practice and will be confident in preparing the following for Owner Managed Businesses:

  • Year-End and Periodic Management Accounts
  • VAT Returns
  • Bookkeeping using a range of software packages
  • Self-Assessment Tax returns and computations
  • Payroll


The practice also operates a clear open-door communication policy, whereby all business operations are discussed freely and staff are encouraged to contribute to the future direction of the business.

Flexible working requests will be considered.

Salary is negotiable, based on experience.
