Edukai are currently working with outstanding nurseries in South West London. They are currently searching for Nursery Room Leaders, Nursery Practitioners and Apprentices. The successful candidates will have strong experience and/or a passion for early years.

Responsibilites include:
Deliver outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional care

To act as key person for a group of children, by observing and monitoring. To ensure that all your key children have an accurate, up to date record of their learning and achievements

To support your team, reflect on and develop practice, focusing on the needs and interests of the current cohort of children as well as the provision, learning and development opportunities provided.


To assist and support the Room Leaders, Nursery Managers and Deputy Nursery Managers in the daily running of the nursery, but especially within the chosen room

Communicate with colleagues, parents/carers to meet the individual needs of the children

As a keyworker for a group of children you will ensure every individual child's needs are met, every day

Update parents on their child's day and development with invaluable professional feedback

Requirements:
