Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced EAL Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. The successful candidate will work with a child who has just moved to the UK and is starting school in Reception.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the child in their academic and social development
  • Assist the teacher in planning and delivering lessons
  • Work with the child to develop their English language skills
  • Provide individualized support to the child as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with English as an additional language
  • Experience working in EYFS, Nursery, or Reception
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
