The main responsibility of the role is to lead on the negotiation and placement of risk into the Group Risk market.
In this role the Associate Broker will add value to our clients through strong negotiation on terms, proposition and pricing and making recommendations that align to our client requirements.
A key requirement of the role will be positing Aon's Broking Proposition to existing and prospect Aon Health clients, understanding client requirements, providing relevant market insight and delivering data driven analytics.
Through building and maintaining strong relationships with key carrier stakeholders the Broker will develop their understanding of market propositions and how they can add value to our clients.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Your skills and experience will ideally include: Good Group Risk market experience, preferably with GR1 qualification Strong negotiation skills Client facing experience Strong technical knowledge of Group Risk Insurance Build strong multi-layer relationships with clients and key stakeholders internally and externally Working well as part of a client delivery team to deliver value to clients
