Following the launch of TfL's internal diversity and inclusion strategy, Action on Inclusion, this work will support TfL's strategic aims to create a culture of inclusion and a sense of belonging where everyone feels valued and able to be their authentic selves at work.

Project management of our strategic workplace adjustments objectives through the design and development of internal systems and reporting mechanisms, including a new Workplace Adjustments Passport providing capability to log and track adjustments requirements so that these can be implemented in an effective and timely manner
Manage the newly created centralised workplace adjustments budget and work in partnership with Finance colleagues to report, monitor and develop recommendations to the Diversity and Inclusion Director and Executive Committee for future investment and realise any cost efficiencies
Lead a cross-departmental working group involving key internal stakeholders and subject matter experts such as Employee Relations, Occupational Health, Tech & Data, Safety, Health & Environment and Accommodation and Estates to escalate complex cases so that they are dealt with in a timely manner and monitor progress of the new centralised process ensuring effectiveness and efficiency as well as seeking solutions and business efficiencies for workplace adjustments

Work with internal stakeholders to identify ongoing service improvements to improve efficiencies in the procurement and implementation of adjustments.

For example, Technology and Data, Accommodation and Estates and Occupational Health to ensure TfL get best value for money

Make recommendations to our Recruitment and Onboarding teams and support implementation of changes to improve experience of disabled candidates joining TfL through recruitment and onboarding stages so that they can receive the right level of support throughout these stages.

Change delivery teams, Tech and Data and Business Services etc.) Upskill internal stakeholders such as colleagues across the Chief People Office, Finance, Occupational Health, Safety, Health & Environment and People Leaders regarding Access to Work and support available from Government and external partnerships in order to build knowledge and release cost savings where applicable
