Position Responsibilities and Skills:
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and software to ensure excellent service for our client's IT users.
  • Coordinate the setup, delivery, and installation of hardware and software, guaranteeing efficient user operations.
  • Assist in the execution of small to medium-sized IT projects related to the company's network infrastructure and desktop environment.
  • Follow a customer-centric approach to ticket management, in line with our client's IT service standards.
  • Offer informal training and guidance to IT users to help them navigate new systems and tools.
  • Evaluate, test, and suggest software and hardware improvements to enhance system efficiency and business productivity.
  • Manage the client's Active Directory and M365 portal, ensuring accurate access rights for timely user management.
  • Monitor and manage IT stock levels to ensure uninterrupted services.
  • Adhere to the client's IT security protocols, handling security incidents according to best practices.
  • Support the maintenance of the client's IT security perimeter and assist in identifying and understanding potential attack vectors.
Technologies and Tools:
  • Utilize Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, a state-of-the-art PSA, and an RMM tool.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Hold a Microsoft Associate-level certification or possess equivalent knowledge in desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity across multiple sites.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with a solid understanding of service desk operations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities concerning desktops/laptops, network hardware, and Office 365.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with third-party vendors and incident resolution.
  • Proven capability to explain complex concepts clearly to users at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure, manage workloads, and work independently with great initiative.
