Landscape Operatives. Grounds Maintenance

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Duties:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, large amenity areas.
- Plant and maintain trees and, shrubs,
- Operate power tools and equipment such as ride on lawnmowers, strimmers,
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure its proper functioning
Experience:
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is preferred
- Mechanical knowledge to operate power tools and equipment effectively
- Familiarity with hand tools used in landscaping projects
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, hold a full uk driving license., experience and leadership will be beneficial.
Salary:
From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 37.75 per week
