THE OPPORTUNITY


As we continue to scale our organisation, we have an exciting opportunity to expand the skills and competence within our Growth team with the recruitment of an experienced PR & Communications Officer.

This role will sit within our PR & Communications team, working directly under our PR & Communications Manager, while also collaborating closely with our Marketing and Brand teams and with multiple other stakeholders across the wider Healios organisation.


You will assist in the delivery of our PR and internal communications strategies to inspire all our audiences with highly impactful and targeted communications in support of our core strategic priorities.

To be successful in this role, below is what we would need from you:

  • Experience in developing media distribution lists and building relationships with key stakeholders to raise awareness of Healios and our new private care brand
  • Strong communication skills with a flair for writing engaging copy for multiple audiences
  • Daily management of our PR plan, including writing and distributing press releases and pitches, and seeking out long and shortlead media opportunities
  • Development of promotional materials e.g. case studies, staff interviews and testimonials to support brand awareness, marketing and positioning
  • Generation of content for our internal magazine, and the management of its production
  • Support in the creation of broader marketing content e.g. copy for website, leaflets and other collateral
  • A professional home working environment
