We are looking for Speech & Language Therapists to join our Workforce Solutions team to work "bank" shifts at Provide.

This role is based in Chelmsford but may require travelling across Essex.


We are looking for speech and language therapists to work across a range of pathways, including speech, social communication, complex needs and language.

The post holder will be supported to excel in working independently and enjoy delivering therapy to both adults and children in a variety of settings.

Provide have developed a Workforce Solutions team that aims to support the whole organisation in relation to staffing.

Some of you will be familiar with the term 'bank', Workforce Solutions works on the same basis but offers greater flexibility.


We are looking to recruit staff into a number of positions to work on an as and when required basis.

This position requires a Speech and Language Therapist with experience working with people on the Autistic Spectrum Continuum and a sound knowledge of Alternative and Augmentative Communication Aids.
