We're excited to be looking for a new Leasehold Income & Service Charge Officer - and we need you
Our customers are our priority and in order to provide essential services, you'll be tasked with ensuring the collection of service charges and ground rent in order to maximise our income so we can continue supporting our customers.
You'll proactivley collect service charges in line within agreed terms in a timely manner, ensuring our income targets are met to defined timescales.
As part of your role, you'll take ownership of the full debt recovery process, preparing legal documentation where appropriate and representing Abri at first stage tribunals so knowledge of relevant leasehold legislation will be essential as will experience in social housing or lettings management.
