Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain and update records
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and presentations
  • Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting
  • Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette
  • Utilize QuickBooks for financial recordkeeping
  • Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks
  • Maintain an organized and tidy office environment

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role with proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks in a Domicilary set up
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using computers and office software such as QuickBooks and Google Suite
  • Excellent phone etiquette skills for professional communication
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently

Job Types:

£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
