Your Role:

  • Due to an expanding client base and contract renewals this exciting new opportunity for an Cleaning Operations Manager has become available.
  • This is an exciting role which will see you Mobilising a brandnew contract one day and then sitting down with an existing client to review performance the next. This role covers the London region.
  • You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients covering commercial office space, corporate, transport and retail properties. You will have responsibility for a team of circa 60 including Area Supervisors, Site Managers and Cleaning Operatives however,your role will be focussing on operational delivery and client satisfaction.
  • You will also be required to deputise for the National Operations Manager and cover for the Account Managers in their absence

About you:

  • Experienced in managing area managers within a multisite cleaning contract setting.
  • Wellversed in mobilising new contracts.
  • Exceptional levels of customer service.
  • Innovative mindset always looking for better ways of working and improving processes
  • Ability to liaise and work professionally with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Full UK Driving licence
