Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
  • Collect payments from patients and provide accurate receipts.
  • Ensure that the reception area is clean and organized.
  • Assist the dentist and the other staff members with administrative tasks.

Our Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication both in Polish and English.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent accuracy/attention to detail.
  • The ability to work well with others.
  • Wellmannered with a candoattitude.
  • Experience in a similar role welcomed
  • Experience in administrative tasks and customer
- facing environment would be an advantage.

Our offer:

  • Part time employment (30hrs/week), Tuesday Friday.
