Bids Co-ordinator

About The Role:
We are currently in the process of developing our product sales function to support the wider business in growing this existing revenue stream.
The Bids Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing products and building bid proposals for product sales bids, tenders and large customer frameworks which are generated by the external sales teams and hubs along with any direct customer enquiries.
- Product sourcing
- Bid completion
- Submission review
- Implementation of successful bids
- Hand over to account manager/sales team
- Customer relationship management
- Champion product innovation and ESG

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- including negotiating and influencing. You'll have the ability to engage and build relationships with both internal and external customers
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team you'll be an effective team member with a highly supportive, collaborative approach

- Good Product Sales Knowledge
- Administrative and IT Skills
