Location:
Home working, with ability to work in London office as required (currently once every 2-4 weeks) and attend regular London meetings.
We are looking for a systems savvy, customer focused communicator who is keen to make a difference within our small dedicated international team.
Following the recent transition from a traditional office base in the USA, ISAPS has established a UK team (hybrid working) and set new strategic objectives for membership engagement over the next 5 years.
Acting as first point of contact with our international members you will provide comprehensive support to our Head of Member Services to take our services to our international community of plastic surgeons to the next level, working towards our KPIs for membership growth and engagement.
About you:
Educated to degree level, with some experience in a similar and/or relevant customer service or engagement role, ideally with some knowledge of membership organisations.
self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, solutions-focused, and diplomatic.
We are looking for someone who will embrace and enjoy the opportunities and challenges of a small organization working through growth and change, who is happy to be 'go to' person for our diverse community of international medical professionals.
You must be adept at learning and managing different systems and software, and comfortable using electronic communications as your day-to-day means of liaising with your colleagues.
You will be able to demonstrate a strong customer focus, have excellent organisational skills. and have a keen eye for detail to see tasks through to completion in a timely manner.You should be equally comfortable working with systems and communicating with our member surgeons all around the world and able to manage your own workload.
Whilst English is the official language of ISAPS, other languages may also be an advantage.
In return for your hard work, we are pleased to offer: Starting salary of £25,000 to £29,000 depending on skills and experience.
25 days holiday excluding bank holidays, plus our 3-day office shut down over New Year, increasing with years of service.
