Legal Entity Controller

A FTSE 250 Financial Services firm are looking for a Legal Entity Controller to join their growing Costs team in London.

Leading a team of three, this position will be responsible for the month end close of EMEA Service Companies and select group Entitieswith the following key areas of responsibilities:

  • Legal Entity Control for the service companies and select group companies
  • Intercompany Oversight
  • Business partnering / financial control oversight
  • Select functions
  • Compensation accounting oversight
  • Preparation of Tax / VAT provisioning

You will have the following skills/experience:

  • Qualified Accountant (
    ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with several years PQE with service company intercompany accounting experience.
  • Hands approach, working and supporting other areas of the team as needed.
  • Skilled in system or process improvements.
  • Indepth knowledge of what a good control environment looks like
- _No audit experience required but desirable._
