We are currently in search of a talented individual to oversee the commercials on 2 exciting new build warehouses in the vibrant Yorkshire area. These projects hold a value of up to £25 million and will span the upcoming 2-3 years.

  • Reporting into the Managing Surveyor
  • Proficiency in Construction Management Contracts
  • Familiarity with Collateral Warranties / JCT Contract
  • Expertise in Procurement and ongoing management of Trade Packages
  • Skilled in Cash Flow Forecasting
  • Experience with Monthly Valuations
  • Handling Variations / FA management
  • Desirable background in new build commercial construction

Additionally, we seek individuals who can provide:

  • Degree Qualification or Equivalent
  • Location close to Yorkshire
  • Previous involvement in Warehouse construction
  • Team-oriented mindset with a dedication to excellence in project delivery

This is an immediate opening with flexible work hours/location for the perfect candidate. Salary and benefits are subject to negotiation, offering options for both PAYE or Contract arrangements.
