We are hiring for Residential Children's Worker in Hambleton FY6


An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team for a Residential Children's Worker within one of our registered Children's Homes.

You'll enjoy working with children and young people, providing day to day support, guidance and activities. You'll create a safe, caring and supportive place to live for children and young people.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Entry Level/Residential Support Worker

  • Minimum 6months experience within a Children's Residential Setting/Foster Carer Setting
  • Ideally a driving license although not essential
  • Can do shift/Rota work
  • Clean DBS and no previous safeguarding issues

Senior Support Worker/Team Leader/Deputy Manager

  • Level 2, 3 or 4 Qualification in either "Children and Young People Workforce" or "Residential Childcare"
  • Minimum 6months experience within a Children's Residential Setting/Foster Carer Setting
  • Ideally a driving license although not essential
  • Can do shift / Rota work (Deputy Managers may do a 95pm Mon-Fri)
  • Clean DBS and no previous safeguarding issues

  • Level 2, 3 or 4 in Children and Young People Workforce (required)
  • Level 2, 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare (required)
