Based in our vibrant Hove offices, you'll occasionally spend your time in London and at various event locations. If you're a driven events coordinator eager to expand your digital marketing skills, this is the role for you.
Britton and Time Solicitors organise two exceptional in-house events: The Barrow Club and the Property Professionals Lunch .

The Barrow Club, a monthly gathering in Hove, and the Property Professionals Lunch, a quarterly event in Brighton, are attended by 50 to 100 guests, promising an exciting mix of social and professional engagements.

The firm is also looking to expand into providing new , exciting networking opportunities where relevant. In addition, we're frequent participants in topical events hosted by our partners. This role may require your presence on occasional evenings and weekends to oversee the seamless execution of our events.

As our Events and Social Media Executive, your day-to-day mission will encompass managing our clients' social media accounts and those of our affiliated brands.

Get ready to craft captivating content centred around current affairs, business updates, and, of course, events, and to work closely with media outlets for publication.

This dynamic role will require you to collaborate with our internal teams to fulfil event requirements, promote events, negotiate with venues on costs and menus, draft running orders and manage guest lists and requirements.

With the unwavering support of our marketing team, you'll proactively elevate our online presence and grow our event attendance. This role also provides the opportunity to expand our digital footprint and optimise use of our existing platforms.
We work in a fast-paced environment, where impeccable time management and organisational skills are non-negotiable. You'll be juggling deadlines, budgets, and multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Our experienced directors and marketing team will provide guidance to help you excel in this exciting new role.

You will have at least one years' experience in event coordination (or a similar role) running corporate, educational, or professional events where you've shown your ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.

You will possess hands-on experience with marketing CRMs such as Hootsuite or Hubspot and be able to craft captivating social posts accompanied by engaging creatives.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, encompassing basic sorting functions, formula utilisation, and the ability to analyse numerical data and trends is desirable.

We expect a high level of proficiency in English and the capacity to conduct independent research, to produce grammatically sound and eloquent written content on behalf of our firm.

You are the person who can dream up big ideas and transform those ideas into tangible projects and campaigns that set us apart from our competition.

You will establish robust partnerships with our suppliers and venues to uphold the highest standards in event delivery. You will preferably hold a full UK driving licence as there will be local travel required for our events.

You will have the creativity to take our digital platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, TikTok, and Facebook) to the next level, using all the right tools to turn data into actions.

You will possess the passion to drive revenue for the business that is directly tied to our digital marketing campaigns.?And if that's not enough, you'll also be on the lookout for exciting partnerships to create co-branded content and drive backlinks.
