Job descriptionThe M25 is one of our Flagship projects in the UK It is the most used part of the UK Strategic Road Network with it seeing over 200,000 vehicles per day and it's a critical infrastructure asset for personal and goods vehicles into and around our capital.

The network includes around 800 structures and 5 tunnels, so it requires high levels of performance, constant improvement and repairs to keep it operating smoothly.

We've formed a Joint Venture project called Connect Plus Services (CPS) to work with our partners to widen, operate and maintain the M25 under a 30-year contract and we are looking for a Digital Change Manager to play a key role in the delivery of items in the Digital Transformation of the M25 DBFO – being instrumental in the delivery of business change, communications, engagement, and training for a complex portfolio of digital changes.

Day to day leadership of key Project Managers, who are managing each of the individual initiatives – ensuring that they are delivering, and most importantly embedding, change projects.


Key responsibilities:
Delivery of business change for Digital / Technology portfolioDevelopment of a business change methodology, including development of key artefactsCapture business change impacts, providing measurement and identifying plans to mitigate these impactsRegular updates on progress made and status reporting to the Digital Delivery Lead, and Head of Digital and DataSupporting the capture, measurement and tracking of key portfolio benefits in conjunction with the Finance team and ensuring that these are driven through to realisationSupporting key governance forums, such as the CPS Change Board and providing regular contributions to the Digital Delivery meetingSupplying portfolio finances and benefits identification and deliveryIdentification, reporting and tracking of business change risks, issues, and dependencies
