Aviva are currently looking for a Tracking Team Lead to be part of an exciting new team across our motor claims re-design programme.


A bit about the job:


Your main function will be to fully manage the reporting of indemnity benefits coming from the programme and decisions relating to reporting once delivery partner activity winds down, whilst also managing 1-2 people within your team.

A few other key parts of your role will be to:

  • Build and populate all trackers with baseline and actuals data to agreed timescales and to a high standard.
  • Support the timely and accurate population of trackers and their interpretation in production
  • Improve data quality and governance off the back of the Impact Measurement workstream.
  • Work collaboratively with the delivery partners, ensuring that there is balance in the distribution of work when it comes to all elements of the tracker build
  • Work with the finance team, Business Intelligence, analytics and operational teams to understand results, achieve objectives and a reliable and sustainable process.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Proven GI experience, with an experience in claims and / or a data, finance or analytical role
  • Very good excel skills with the ability to translate and manage complex formulas
  • The ability to effectively articulate operational / financial performance at both a summary and more detailed level.
  • Experience of process management and improvement
  • Accountancy / actuarial qualification ideal, but not essential

What you'll get for this role:

  • Salary ranges from £45,000
  • £55,000 (Depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
