We are now looking for two passionate and experienced ESOL professionals to join our team as Curriculum Leads for ESOL (Adult) and ESOL (16-19).

The Roles:

Are you an experienced ESOL teacher ready to take the next step into management? This newly created role is a unique opportunity for you to shape and lead our ESOL delivery while continuing to make a direct impact in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership (0.4):

- Curriculum Development: Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of a dynamic ESOL curriculum that meets the diverse needs of our students.

- Team Leadership: Support and mentor a dedicated team of ESOL teachers, fostering a collaborative and innovative teaching environment.

- Quality Assurance: Monitor and enhance the quality of ESOL provision, ensuring compliance with educational standards and driving continuous improvement.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to promote and develop the ESOL program, including community outreach and partnerships.

Teaching (0.6):

- Classroom Excellence: Deliver high-quality ESOL teaching to a diverse student body, using innovative and inclusive teaching strategies.

- Student Support: Provide tailored support to students, helping them to achieve their educational and personal goals.

- Assessment and Feedback: Conduct assessments, provide constructive feedback, and track student progress to ensure successful outcomes.

- Professional Development: Stay current with ESOL teaching practices and contribute to the professional development of the ESOL team.

- Qualifications: A recognized teaching qualification and a degree in a relevant field.

- Experience: Significant experience in ESOL teaching, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results.

- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for curriculum development and quality assurance.

- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and motivating both students and colleagues.
