We are looking for a Manufacturing Operator to join our new weekend shift and team in Lincoln working on our day shift.


THE OPPORTUNITY
This role is working within our Wafer Fabrication Department.

This department is the start of the Semiconductor Manufacturing Process and is the first stages in creating Silicon based products.


This role includes but is not limited to:

  • Working in a Clean Room environment (full PPE will be provided)
  • Working in a small team completing daytoday production activities as instructed.
  • Supporting the activities of the Manufacturing Group Leader and Section Leaders to ensure production activities are completed.
  • Interpret and follow both Operator / Engineering instructions.
  • Operate various types of machines and equipment (including use of acid) for the cleaning of wafers as part of the fabrication process.
  • Work in line with work scheduling requirements as instructed.
  • Follow work detailed work/operator instructions to a high standard at all times to ensure high accuracy and quality and minimise potential waste.

WORKING HOURS
Friday & Saturday: 07.00am pm (1 x 30mins unpaid lunch break and 1 x 15mins unpaid tea break)

Sunday: 07.00am - 7.15pm (1 x 30mins unpaid lunch break and 1 x 15mins unpaid tea break)

(Total - 35.5hrs)
