An opportunity has come up due to continued expansion of the customer base and business.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Service Advisor to work at Robert Cockings Motor Repairs in Yeovil.

  • Salary range £28,000+ depending on previous experience._
  • Paid holiday of 28 days inc. bank holidays._
  • Hours of work 8:30am to 5:30pm (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday no weekends_
Your daily duties will include (and not limited to),

  • Customer drop off handling of keys and taking the necessary details from customers.
  • Creating bookings using state of the art garage management software.
  • Creating estimates and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Processing vehicle safety inspections and gaining authority to carry out safety related repair works.
  • Using the phone or computers to communicate with customers and suppliers.
  • Using integrated payment systems to take payments.
  • Gaining authorisation for additional work required promptly.
