We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Centre Advisor to join our team at Auto Windscreens.

As a Service Centre Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our customers and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing general Service Centre office tasks to support the Service Centre Manager and Service Centre Supervisor.
  • Providing help and support to all colleagues and customers both internally and externally.
  • Ensuring the efficient running of the network scheduling system by manually intervening where required and maintaining effective communication with external customers, Technicians, Service Centre Supervisor, and the Service Centre Manager.
  • Providing operational information and feedback to relevant management teams.
  • Liaising closely through clear and timely communication with external customers, Technicians, and field management.
  • Assisting with controlling and replenishing the consumable stocks for the Service Centre.
  • Ensuring Health and Safety processes are adhered to on all occasions.
  • Performing any other ad-hoc duties requested or advised by the Service Centre Manager and Service Centre Supervisor.

Key skills required include:

  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills both face-to-face and via the telephone.
  • Able to demonstrate a good level of competence in planning and organizing own workload.
  • Flexible approach to work demands.
  • Proactive self-motivator and able to work on own initiative.

We offer a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with some Saturday work. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
