Fixed shift patterns which will include some Saturday working. Working 2-3 Saturday's per month will be expected.

We are looking to recruit cutter/butcher who will be responsible for the cutting/butchery work of raw meat in a food production environment.

As one of our cutters/butchers you will:

• Preparing raw meat ready to be packaged for distribution to our stores.
• Working in a chilled environment.
• To undertake the necessary training and any relevant refresher training in order to maintain effectiveness in your role and to carry out your role in a safe and efficient manner.
• Lifting products upto 25KG.
• Carry out general maintenance and cleaning of the manufacturing site.
• Work within the health and safety requirements of the site.

You will need:

• To be physically fit as this is a demanding role and you will be expected to achieve productivity targets.
• To help promote and encourage the spirit of teamwork within the manufacturing areas and ensure the support of your colleagues
• To demonstrate all the characteristics of the client outlined in their Company Purpose generous, warm, caring, uncompromising, bold, innovative and winning.
• To have basic knife skills and knowledge of food production where additional training will be provided.
